Grant evaluation
It is essential charity best practice that Oxfordshire Community Foundation monitors the success and impact of every grant awarded from any of our funds.

It is from evaluations that we learn about the groups we fund and how successful projects have been. This knowledge helps us to be accountable to our donors, and to consistently improve our grant-making.

Grant evaluations are so important to us that we will be reluctant to fund a group a second time if they have not returned previous evaluations.

Every group that receives a grant will be asked to complete an online grant evaluation report within 12 months of the date the funds were received, to include copies of receipts for any payments made. The office will contact you when it is time to complete the evaluation.

Marketing
We are happy to supply a high-res version of our logo for any group wanting to acknowledge us in their annual report or official marketing. Please contact marketing@oxfordshire.org. We would also be keen to collaborate with you on creating case studies, news stories and PR about the great work you do. Just get in touch!

For a summary of the impact of our strategy and grant-making, please see our annual impact report.
